Crackdown on crime in CBDs

Crime and grime will continue to shoot down Parow, Goodwood and Bellville’s hopes of being Cape Town’s second CBD, unless there is a zero-tolerance policing of by-laws. This is according to Hardus Zevenster, chairman of the Voortrekker Road Improvement District’s board of directors.
