This morning on Radio Tygerberg, VRCID COO Derek Bock and Chairman Hardus Zevenster discuss the Voortrekker Road Corridor Improvement District, which was launched five years ago. VRCID chairperson Hardus Zevenster explains how they got business on board to launch VRCID, adding it is as much a business as a community initiative. Bock explains that VRCID is an additional service for the area, next to existing City of Cape Town services. Corporate business including Foschini and Capitec returned to the area with huge investments.
