We’re looking for a self-motivated, person-centred individual with 3+ years’ experience as a qualified Social Worker or Community Developer. Knowledge of the homeless sector is a plus. The ideal candidate will be accountable, reliable, and able to lead and support a team with a non-judgmental approach. Experience in stakeholder engagement and team management is essential. Passion for homeless care is a must.
